All orders are shipped via Fed Ex Ground, insured, or U.S. Postal Service, Registered and Insured mail.

If payment arrangements are not fulfilled as stipulated, TMG reserves the right to cancel and void any orders placed by customers. Any financial losses resulting from non-payment are the responsibility of the customer. TMG at its discretion may, from time to time and on a case by case basis, allow payments to be received after the cut-off date. Once you enter and lock-in an order, you are legally bound to honor it. It is a binding contract.  We take mail/wire fraud very seriously and will help to prosecute anyone guilty of such offenses and may also bring civil action. All attorney fees and financial losses to TMG resulting from non-payment of orders are the responsibility of the client. Placing an order and not paying is wire fraud (18 U.S.C. Section 1343) and is punishable by 20 years imprisonment and/or $1 million dollar fine. The precious metals markets are very volatile and thus have a high degree of risk. We do not offer advice on ownership of precious metals. Contact your financial adviser or professional for this advice. Our silver rounds are not legal tender.

How to Order

1. Decide which product(s) you want.

2. Call our trading desk at (866) 856-1671 to lock-in your order and give your shipping information.

• We fix the price of the underlying metal at the time of your order.

3.  Send Payment

• Bank-wire
• Personal check, money order, cashier's check, credit card (limitations apply; call to inquire).

4. Receive your order

You will be e-mailed when your order has shipped. All checks will be held for 5-10 business days to ensure good funds. You do not need to open an account to order from us. Orders over $15,000 must be paid by bank-wire within 3 business days and all envelopes must be post-marked within 3 business days of placing an order. No exceptions.
